BDO Century Project - Sidewalk & Waterway

Lone Bull Construction played a vital role as a Trade Partner on the BDO Century project, where we successfully completed the sidewalks and waterways. The Business Depot Ogden, once a military installation, had been repurposed into a thriving business and industrial park featuring warehouses, manufacturing facilities, and office spaces. Our contributions were essential in facilitating the seamless completion of the exterior components, significantly improving both accessibility and water management throughout the area.

Project Gazelle Distribution Center

Lone Bull Construction served as a Trade Partner in the project, completing crucial components such as site concrete, ADA ramps, curbs, sidewalks, and gutters. Their contributions were integral to the successful completion of the distribution center, which was designed and built by Layton to function as a hub for a confidential client. The project included a 20,000 SF mezzanine added during the permitting process without any downtime, two fully operational entry gates, 208 docks, and a water pump station.
